Biography

Founded in late 2022, Alterium unites the talents of Nicoletta Rosellini (formerly of Kalidia and
Walk in Darkness) with former bandmates Paolo Campitelli (guitars) and Dario Gozzi (drums),
joined by Alessandro Mammola (guitars) and Luca Scalabrin (bass).

Under the production expertise of Lars Rettkowitz (Freedom Call), Alterium released their
explosive debut album in 2024 via AFM Records. A series of singles and music videos quickly
gained recognition, amassing nearly 3 million YouTube views and over 2 million Spotify streams.

Their debut album, “Of War and Flames”, showcases their ability to blend classic power metal
influences with a modern twist, earning them both critical acclaim and a dedicated fanbase. The
album was also released in Japan through Avalon Marquee and in Brasil through Valhall Music.

Their music rapidly landed them slots at festivals across Europe and the US, including a debut
performance at ProgPower USA 2025.
In the summer of 2025, the band self-released a new EP titled Stormrage, which was featured on
several Spotify editorial playlists (All New Metal, Epic & Melodic, Progressive Metal) and performed
at multiple European summer festivals. During the fall, Alterium supported Fabio Lione’s Dawn of
Victory on their European tour.
Alterium is currently finalizing the songwriting for their second album.
